.. And what would your wi/.. car swap consist of?
There is a professor at my seminary with the cleanest/unmolested Supra TT I have and ever will see. After driving up and down every country road I could find with the roof off, I would find a damp parking lot and burn those tires off only to return it with a few pounds of rubber stuck to the rear quarter panels.

At my dad's apartment over the summer there was a guy with a 70 GTO, a whale tail turbo 911 convertible and an old lifted Blazer. All three were in great shape. I met the guy at the dumpster and said I liked the Blazer he was in, then commented about all the bad ass cars in the complex. He said they were all his and he was just living there transitionally until he found a house since he just got a new job at Lexmark (Fun fact: Lexmark's HQ is in Lexington).
As far as cars at school go, I'd take this girl's white Evoque all day. Such a gorgeous car. Sadly, the girl is far from it.

Good choice. I would probably take a Supra near me as well (black TT with an autotragic).

There's a GTi across the street.
That's about it.

An international student at my school as a brand new Autobiography Range Rover. So either that or the 300TD wagon or MGB.

This. Although I don't see it anymore because the owner now seems to daily his FF. Blah.

I've got a neighbor with a Tesla S, another one with a Corvette convertible (with a manual!) and a coworker with a '66 Nova with a manual. Do I have to pick one?

My study hall teacher has a White 2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 convertible like this one.
It's probably the best car in my school parking lot.
![]() 11/23/2013 at 12:20 |

I want to say my neighbor/buildingmate's RX-8...but it has gaudy 20s that probably don't do much for the fun to drive factor. So the E46 M3 that recently showed up is the winner.

There's not one, but TWO! Count-em, two! Mercedes W123 sedans in my work garage. One is a nice cream color with 2-3 high miler badges on the front. The other is light blue with one high mile badge.
They both park in the same respective spaces every day, and consequently, there are oil spots the size of trash can lids in those spots.
I'd have either one.

My work lot depends on the day. The coolest car we've ever worked on is a Caddy CTS-V. Far as cars I've fueled up, there's been a lot of cool cars. My favorite was probably a Conitnental Mark II
![]() 11/23/2013 at 12:47 |

I'd probably pop one of the F10 M5's out of the ramp and hooooon. Or the 6MT Aston. And we just got a raptor so maybe that too.
![]() 11/23/2013 at 12:49 |

Yes. And the answer all depends on what engine is in the '66.

There isn't all that much that's interesting in my work carpark. There's a chap with an E46 330i which might be a good laugh. There's another chap with a Triumph Herald which would be good too, or one with an off-road prepped LWB Defender.
Any of them would be good fun, but nothing I'm particularly jealous of.

I'd rock the Cabrio and swap a turbo in it. There used to be this beaten-up E30 I saw once a while, but apparently the guy graduated.

Theres a guy at work that DD's his Cobra replica on nice days in the summer.
Other than that, I've found a maroon B5 S4, but that's about it!

Growing up, a neighbor had a Ferrari F40 and other neighbors had various Porsches, etc. Plus a guy across the street had a Lotus Esprit.
In comparison the neighborhood I currently live in is full of boring cars. I do see an unmolested silver Supra TT drive around every now and then. I have no idea who in the neighborhood owns it; it is driven by an old man. Also, a neighbor 2 houses away has an immaculate early '00s Prelude that I want to buy if he ever sells.

In which case any of the previous would be great. Probably the 330i actually, so I can use it as a benchmark for when I swap a 3.0l into my 156.

I've driven an FF and they are pretty great. That V12 is an animal BUT I have to say that if I had both I think I'd take the RS every day that it was above 40 degrees (those pilot sport cups don't like the cold). I guess I'm more of a race car guy. Those seats...dat half cage. Mmmmm.
![]() 11/23/2013 at 16:16 |
|
The only Ferrari I've ever driven was a 575. I heard the FF are pretty great though. Trust me. I'd probably drive the RS every day the weather is nice. But it would also be nice to save it for spirited drives and track days. Keeps it special in my mind
![]() 11/23/2013 at 16:19 |

Isn't the 575 great? It's one of my favorites. I once rode in a 575M with a (gated) manual gearbox. Changed my life.

there used to be heaps when the building I was based in was full of executives,
C63 AMG's, F10 M5's, RS6.
They've gone to another building now so I'm left with probably the Evo X, or the Falcon GT R-Spec

Hahaha I gotcha. I lived in Washington DC area for a while, and that whole area is shared by all walks of life. My family was military and had a Toyota and a Buick company car, and our neighbor had a Bently Conti, Ferrari 575, C6, and his wife drove a Lexus. He was a lawyer.

right, I've looked into it and the VE's blue is just called Voodoo.
It's a very similar colour, slightly metallic on the Commo's though.

About 99.9% of the time it is. There was one day I was out to lunch with Mom a couple years ago and a typical F-350 King Ranch grumbled up and parked next to us. Out climbed a definitive 10 in some tight riding pants.... ohhhhh man I wanted all up in that truck if you catch my drift.

Sadly it didn't. I need to go change my pants now...
On a more serious note, what's with that color? I'm guessing a customer ordered it, why would you get teal? I mean to each his own, but I think a car that gorgeous deserves a more serious color.
![]() 11/23/2013 at 22:40 |

Yeah a customer ordered it that way. We are expecting another soon though. I will post on OPPO when it arrives

I attended the University of Alabama, where the trucks are quite huge. The biggest truck I had ever seen driven down a street BACKS IN to the spot next to my small sedan, and out climbs a five-foot-nothing, cute, country girl. I think they had to come by and scrape my roommate's and my jaw off the pavement!
![]() 11/24/2013 at 11:14 |

There is not much around here. I'd either take an R32 or S60 R that are around my neighborhood. If cars down the street from us count, then I have a lot to choose from.

I'm not a big truck guy necessarily, but there's noting better than a little girl in a big truck.
